Compilation of information on client businesses
o Producing basic financial overviews and analysis on client businesses/markets.
o Researching background information on potential new clients
o Identifying potential target companies for projects using in house and subscription databases and the internet
o Reviewing and recording Mergers & Acquisition activity
o Researching markets and businesses as required
o General office duties and administration
o Preparation for, and attendance at client/prospect business meetings
It is essential that you either have a degree in either Maths, Acounting, Business Economics or similar or qualified by experience.
Excellent written English is required
A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
Bright, enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop.
Team work attitude
Salary is circ, 20-24k depending on experience.
Ideally seeking a car driver and owner as there is limited pulic transport to offices.
