The company is a distributor of goods on a national basis and have a well-established name within the their industry sector.
As the Sales Administrator you will be working as part of a team supporting a busy finance department within a vibrant team.
Finance Administrator duties will include:
Completing a BACS run 4 times a day, finding the relevant account numbers and applying the payments to Cameo.
Handling cheques and cash on a daily basis and applying them to the customers' accounts
Maintaining the reconciliation spreadsheet for all payments receipts received throughout the day
Scanning remittance advice's on to our company drive
Maintaining the UNALLOCATED receipts account
Making sure all emails are answered promptly on our group email account
Answering phone call queries and email queries
The ideal candidate should be preferably able to demonstrate previous experience in a Finance environment that has experience of providing support to a sales team.
Be computer literate, possess an excellent telephone manner and robust organisational skills.
In return the company is In return the company is offering a salary of up to £20,000pa. Free parking on site, due to the location of the company transport will be required.
Hours of work will be 8.30am – 17.30pm.
