£17,000 plus Bonus & Commission scheme (plus company car for field sales)
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for field executives to join a well-established publishing company; they have been producing B2B magazines, diaries and newspapers as well as their own on-line directory. This is a busy, fast pace role but for the right candidate a very exciting one with great bonus and commission schemes to work towards.
The successful candidate for the field sales role will be required to:
• Drive both established and new clients to buy into new products
• Manage the performance of your targets; setting individual targets and meeting them as well as meeting the companies set targets
• Manage the entire end to end process from the initial sale through to potential up selling, cross selling
• Effectively account manage a diverse customer base
• Use own product knowledge and imagination to get involved with the design side of the business
• To ensure you are creative in your approach to motivate yourself
• A proven track record of achieving targets is essential
• Must have a can do approach
