We have opportunities across the UK for talented Field Sales Consultants who have the necessary skills to grow our existing customer base. This is a tech-enabled sales position in which you’ll be using the top-class Salesforce CRM system to enrich your hybrid sales journey and to help you identify and acquire new business.
We’re looking for strong salespeople with credibility, who can build rapport quickly with potential new customers and who have excellent self-management skills. The ideal candidate will relish owning the region that they’re responsible for and will strategically plan their day and week to set themselves up for success.
Based out in the field, you will be visiting potential Bionic Group customers – generating your own leads and selling our first-class products and services.
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated and targets/results driven, with a strong drive to achieve
· Ambitious and tenacious – patience and persistence leads to wins in the longer term
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with business owners
· Excellent self-management skills
· Customer-centric – putting the customer before the sale
· Experience in a face-to-face sales role
· Good IT skills
· Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
· Knowledge of the energy sector is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right individual
· Knowledge of Salesforce or other Online CRMs
