I am currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing company that specialise in high performance architectural ironmongery and specialist pressings. This is a really exciting time to become part of a thriving company that are going from strength to strength.

Position
UK Sales Manager responsible for Architectural Ironmongery sales to Architectural Ironmongers and distributors. This role will be based in or within commutable distance of London and the South East with wider responsibility for the whole of the UK marketplace. You will work from a home office location, undertaking key customer visits through well researched and planned customer presentations.

The role
To have strategic responsibility for the sales growth of the company's architectural ironmongery, predominantly high performance hinging solutions as well as a wide range of door hardware accessories and fabrications.
Directly involved in the development of the architectural ironmongery product portfolio.
Account management and ensuring that the customers receive a very high level of customer service and all support across all the products offered.


Skills and Attributes:
A dynamic individual with a vision for personal and company future development. Ideally suited to an existing area manager or business development manager looking to further their career to a senior management and strategic role.

Skilled in giving product presentations with strong abilities to promote the benefits of technically advanced market leading products.

Well known to architectural ironmongers and experienced in building customer relationships at the highest level.

A highly professional, personable and presentable individual with excellent commercial acumen, good IT and presentation skills, and well-grounded sales skills.

Tenacity to succeed.

Qualifications and professional memberships
Holding Dip GAI status with ideally ongoing REG AI status.


Remuneration
An extremely strong remuneration package for the right individual, incorporating a highly competitive salary and pension package with additional bonuses, company vehicle, and home office and mobile IT support. Total target remuneration of £65k.
