We are looking for a Fencer on a permanent contract to diagnose and deliver repairs, maintenance, and installation works to a high level of quality, delivering great customer service. Candidates must be skilled in all types of fencing works, and be able to demonstrate competence in bricklaying, slabbing, paving. Other aspects of the role include:
- Working alone or as part of a 2-man team
- Time management skills to ensure works completed on time and to quality and specification required
- Working safely at all times while being a responsible driver, and taking responsibility for Bromford equipment, vehicles, plant and tools
- Ensuring all ordering, collecting, organising and utilising of materials is accurately recorded
- Flexible working when business needs arise i.e. hours, team, location.
Candidates must have fencing skills and general groundworks skill. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential, and successful candidates will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card that will be shared as a 2-man team.
You will demonstrate site safety and follow safe working practices and be able to focus on customers’ needs and ensure an excellent service is provided.
