Job Description

This is a 12 month fixed term contract for a Facilities Manager to manage the day to day delivery of FM services across our client's estate.

Our client is a public sector organisation.


The successful Facilities Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of FM services across a varied estate which will include:

Management of the in house FM help-desk
Management of the soft services team
Management of the hard services/maintenance team
Ensuring that all statutory compliance is adhered to across the estate
Promoting a positive health & safety culture
Promoting Covid-19 safety protocols and ensuring that these are strictly followed
Managing third party contracts and ensuring value for money and that contracted services are being receivedProfile

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Facilities Manager with proven TFM experience and who is a confident people manager capable of managing a full spectrum of FM services across a busy estate.

The role is based out of Oxfordshire and will require a visible presence day to day on site so you will need to live in or around the Oxfordshire region.
