The role

As a Facilities Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be responsible for providing operational support to our site.

Day to day, you'll carry out low level maintenance to the site, carry out inspections and report any defects to Supervisor, general maintenance and up keep of the grounds also you'll set up equipment for any events or activities on site.

  • Maintain workshop/site housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean safe working environment
  • Use Mechanical Handling Equipment in support of Operations as tasked by the Facilities Manager
  • Support the Facilities Manager by monitoring waste levels and hosting waste removal contractors to ensure an efficient waste management service is provided to the site
  • Assist the Operations team in maintaining the asset database with the location and status of site assets

Essential experience of the Facilities Operative

  • Basic health and safety awareness
  • IT literate

This role is full time and can be at either our Bovington or Donnington sites.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
