Job Description

Blue Arrow Glasgow are currently working in partnership with a well established and respected 4* Hotel in Ayrshire as they have a requirement for an experienced Food & Beverage / Restaurant Manager.

The successful applicant will be joining a truly recognised and respected brand in the area who are renowned for looking after both their staff and guests at the highest level.

They are looking for an experienced manager to maintain and improve the standards of service, support the team to develop the daily procedures within the restaurant and support all functions as within the hotel as required.

You will be responsible for ongoing control and performance against budget; implementing corrective measures where necessary and effective management of the team.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days from 7 and may perform other duties as assigned & also serve as manager on duty.
