Job Description

Our client, a logistics and transport company, are currently recruiting for an Export / Import Logistics administrator to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. 
They are a leading manufacturer to over 100 countries worldwide. 

My client is offering 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a competitive salary ranging from £20,000 - £23,000 plus onsite free car parking! 

You will need to possess internal skills such as enthusiasm, driven and self-motivation. 
You should have excellent telephone manor, despatch experience, proven ability to use own initiative and good computer skills. 

Experience within Dispatching and Transport and using Sage 200 is ideal but not necessary. 

Your duties will include: 
  • Arranging all transportations for UK and Overseas 
  • To obtain transport quotations for the Sales Department 
  • Preparation of documentation including legislations for shipping purposes 
  • Answering the phone 
  • General office administration 

The hours are 08:00anm - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday with half an hours lunch.
