A well-known Contract Catering Company in the Portsmouth Area.
The Executive Chef will covering 4 outlets - 1 table service restaurant with up to 100 covers, 1 counter service restaurant (fish and chips, sausage and chips, pies, chef's table etc), and 2 cafes that offer sandwiches and cakes - overall responsibility for controlling health and safety compliance, GP, and labour ratios.
The attraction is open 10.00am-5.00pm each day - Most days the hours would 0800-1700, sometimes earlier depending on the business. Busiest times are weekends, bank holidays and school holidays so will be required for these times - this will need to be a hands-on role.
- Full Time, Permanent Contract.
- You will be required to work around 40 hours per week - depending on business needs.
- Working straight shifts with evenings off
- Salary £37k per annum
You are required to have previous experience as an Executive Head Chef in a similar operation.
Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or Equivalent but not essential.
