Smile Leadership Ltd are currently seeking to represent an experienced school Executive Assistant for Secondary settings based in the Nuneaton, Warwickshire (CV10) area. This post is temporary maternity cover for a year and is available for a handover period ASAP ready for a December start. We are currently supporting a partner MAT in recruiting an experienced school Executive Assistant. The hours for this role are between 8-4, Monday to Friday with an early finish on the Friday. Hours can be negotiated dependant on the successful applicants’ circumstances but require a minimum of 32hours a week, 52weeks a year with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day a week. The core purpose of this role is to support 3 schools within the MAT and report directly to the SLT teams. Some duties may include but are not limited to, arranging central interviews and meetings, and carrying out compliance checks on behalf of the schools. The pay rate for this role is between £90-£105 per day (£21,887-£25,000 pa) depending on experience with a closing date of 17.11.2022. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Able to use IT systems proficiently including Word, Outlook, Excel
• Substantial experience as a Executive Assistant within a school setting
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and provide the correct support
• A positive, can-do attitude to all tasks set
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Knowledge of Safeguarding
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work and influence at all levels
• The ability to take initiative, manage own workload and work independently; as well as the ability to work as part of a team
