An exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to join the this dynamic, cool, hip Real Estate Company who own and operate over 60 business centres across London and is home to around 3000 New and Growing companies.

This leading client are now looking for an Events & Meeting Rooms Manager to drive relevant events calendar concepts across all parts of the business, as well as overseeing our huge range of high spec meeting rooms and event spaces in London.
You need to be a customer focused driven individual who can really drive private events and meeting room revenue across their entire portfolio of business centres. A strong focus will be placed on increasing the meeting room revenue and utilisation through external corporate partnerships and looking at ways to build revenue from filming and corporate event space bookings.
Customer Focused Events
The ideal candidate should have connections with organisations of interest to a network of SMEs. They will be responsible for researching and conceptualising events and workshops that affect New and Growing Companies and reflecting these in the planned events for this clients customers.
" Reporting directly and working closely with the Club Manager, you will drive corporate revenue from Meeting Room bookings and Private Events across the portfolio.
" Source potential partners / brokers who may be able to feed the companies meeting room and corporate event bookings and enquiries - and manage relationships.
" Be the first customer contact for all meeting room, private/corporate event, and filming related enquiries.
" Monitor operations and feedback across the high quality, meeting room service, providing enhanced support to over 90 state-of-the art rooms.
" Deal with day to day enquiries and escalations from customers and centre staff.
" Promote private/corporate event space hire across all business centres, vet and negotiate enquiries and take payment for bookings.
" Propose new ideas to improve the booking planning and implementation process.
" Monthly reporting and spend tracking.

" Make connections with relevant organisations of interest to SMEs to deliver events.
" Research current topics of interest and base event concepts around them.
" Work with onsite management teams to feed event concepts through to them for delivery.
