Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for an Events Administrator to join a busy conference and events team based in Bromsgrove. The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery and evaluation of events. Working closely with the Conference And Events Manger you will be providing back office administration supporting delegate management and communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the Events sector!

This is initially a temporary position but there could be an opportunity for this to go permanent for the right candidate. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and the starting pay rate is £9 per hour.

Duties will include:
*Minute taking
*Processing delegate registrations for core events
*Acting as first point of contact for the team
*Support the planning of events
*Assisting in the creation of events material
*Providing key administrative services and support for Conference and Events team

I am looking for candidates who are not currently working as this position starts out temporary. You will need to have a proven administrative background and be highly organised. If you have any experience in events or have an interest in this it would also be an advantage.
