Estates and Facilities Administrator
Ongoing Temporary Position –
Full Time Hours Monday- Friday 08.00 – 16.00pm or 08.30 – 16.30pm
£8.72 - £12.82 per hour depending on experience ( £17K - £25K )

About The Role The Estates and Facilities Administrator Role:
• Adhering to and understanding Health and Safety Rules and Regulations and compliance
• Working across functions with Principals, Business Managers and Site Managers
• Produce reports and maintain records and database of planned maintenance
• Monitor and maintain evidence of each Sites compliance with the trusts procedures
• Keeping track of each sites servicing regulations including Health and Safety, Asbestos, Legionalla water management, fire safety regulations etc…
• Escalate any areas of non-compliance
• Produce regular reports
• Prepare for Board meetings
• GDPR compliant
• Attend relevant training
• Safeguarding for school/ 6th form students and report any issues accordingly

Qualifications and Experience needed:
• Enhanced DBS – up to date certificate
• Experience in using I.T packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong awareness of adhering to GDPR regulations
• Excellent Communication skills at all levels
• Organisation and attention to details
• Independent worker

This is an ongoing Temp position looking to start end of August/ Beginning of September.
