The Role
As the Group Environmental Data & Reporting Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a pivotal part in developing and delivering Babcock's approach to environmental data management.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for managing environmental data collection, analysis and reporting of the data to senior stakeholders.
Manage and ensure compliance with Babcock's environmental NFR requirements
Development of Babcock's environmental data management and reporting strategy
Develop the processes and procedures that underpin the EDMR strategy
Lead on the development and delivery of Babcock's environmental data management system
Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of data sets
Manage a team of data analysts, including personal development and workload management
Experience Required
Demonstrate expert knowledge of environmental data management policies
Strong data analysis and management skills
Working knowledge of data collection and analytic tools such as Power BI
People management skills
Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
This role is set up to be hybrid working with a mixture of office, home and periodic travel
Qualifications Required
Educated to relevant degree level is preferable
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
