Job Description

The Company:
Successful and busy professional services organisation where you will join a very friendly, and supportive team. The office is based in Clifton close to all amenities, and operates in a vibrant working environment.

Working hours are full time Monday - Friday.
The salary on offer is £17,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an additional, achievable bonus which is paid annually.

The Role:
Entry level Receptionist/Administrator where you will be providing an exceptional front of house service as you will meet and greet clients visiting the head office.
Your role will also involve answering calls, transferring calls and taking messages, administration duties which will include high volume CV formatting (you will need high attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills),booking travel for staff, coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring that they are fit for purpose and refreshments are supplied accordingly

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a professional corporation, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken), high attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines, an excellent telephone manner, a confident approach, a friendly personality and competent IT skills.
