The Education Network is currently working in partnership with reputable Secondary schools in the North East who are looking for reliable teachers of English. We have a range of roles on offer with short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time contracts available. We will endeavour to find you a role that fits around your current commitments.
In order to be successful in your application you must be confident and experienced in teaching English at KS3-4, any experience of KS5 teaching would be advantageous. It is essential that you possess excellent behaviour management skills, and have an enthusiastic and engaging approach to your lessons.
Requirements for this role:
- QTS or other UK recognised Teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English at KS3-4
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience in the classroom
- Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
