Are you a graduate with a degree in English Language or Literature?


Could you work as an English Academic Mentor who would thrive in supportive English department, supporting young learners towards their GCSE’s.


Are you looking for a full time role from October 2019?

** Role for 1 year

** £65 to £75 per day

** Must be degree qualified


The Education Network are delighted to be working alongside this larger than average secondary school in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a full time English mentor from October 2019.


This post requires an English graduate who has a strong academic record that includes a degree of a 2:1 or higher, and ideally has worked with children either in a voluntary capacity or paid.  The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a positive attitude towards learning and is always keen to get stuck in and go above and beyond their role.  You will be working in a well equipped department that will offer you ample support and additional CPD training.


This role is a great opportunity for an English graduate to kick start their career in teaching.  You will be working closely with the English department, planning lessons that are engaging and fun.  You’ll be working in either small intervention groups or on a one to one basis.
