In this new role you have the opportunity to join the team who manage and carry out all installation, replacement, maintenance and repair activities in our domestic properties. As a hands-on electrician, you’ll plan your own day-to-day workload, ensuring we deliver a ‘right first time’ electrical installation and repair service for our customers.
You'll play a vital role in the refurbishment of our kitchen and bathrooms in Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester and the surrounding Gloucestershire areas, so you must live in a suitable location to cover this work.
As an experienced electrician, holding relevant C&G as well as 17th Edition IEE Regulation qualifications, you must be able to:
- Deliver high quality electrical works
- Have plenty of flexibility and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, as well as being familiar with relevant and current British Standard approved codes of practice.
You’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence, willing to work 40 hours per week and be prepared to join an on-call rota which is paid at a set £500 per on-call week; during this week you would work to adjusted hours on a rota basis.
