In this role you have the opportunity to join the team who manage and carry out all installation, replacement, maintenance and repair activities in our domestic properties. As a hands-on electrician, you’ll plan your own day-to-day workload, ensuring we deliver a ‘right first time’ electrical installation and repair service for our customers.
You'll play a vital role in the electrical repairs and maintenance of our properties around Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, the Cotswolds and the wider Gloucestershire area, so we are keen to speak to those of you that in a suitable location to cover this work.
As an experienced electrician, holding relevant C&G as well as 17th Edition IEE Regulation qualifications, you must be able to:
- Deliver high quality electrical works
- Have plenty of flexibility and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, as well as being familiar with relevant and current British Standard approved codes of practice.
You’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence, willing to work 40 hours per week and be prepared to join an on-call rota which is paid at a set £500 per on-call week; during this week you would work to adjusted hours on a rota basis.
