Hours : 8 Till 5 Monday to Friday


Quick Overview : A NICEIC qualified Supervisor is required for a site in Park Lane London, to provide testing, maintenance and breakdown to electrical and mechanical plant.

20 Days Holiday, PDA & Mobile Phone.

Call out is paid at double time, there isn’t a rota for this as of yet but something they will implement

Must have a drivers licence as a pool van is based at site to use so they can get about between the London portfolio in case of emergencies

My client is a building maintenance company who hold a contract with  a prestigious high end commercial and residential property agent, to provide testing, service maintenance and breakdown to their central London Mixed used development sites.

The ideal candidate will be a electrical engineer with his NICEIC who is competent to carry out testing on the following;

•         Cold Water Boost Pump Set

•         Cold Water Break Tank

•         Ductwork

•         Electric Convector Heater

•         Electrical Chiller Unit

•         Electric Distribution Board

•         Electric Door Heater

•         Electric Fused switches

•         Electric Hand dryers

•         Electric Hot Water Circulation Pump

•         Electric Oil Radiator

•         Electric Panel Heater

•         Electric Power outlets and Shaver Points

•         Electric Towel Rail

•         Electric Water Heater duplex Unvented Cylinder (Immersion Tank Heater)

•        Emergency Lighting

•         Expansion Vessels

•         Extractor fan (Bathroom)

The role also requires the successful applicant to carry out general maintenance and repair to M&E Plant.

 

This role will be based solely within Park Lane for the first 6 months of the year and then it will become semi Mobile with 2/3 days spent at Park Lane and 2 days spent on other sites within commuting distance, there is a pool van parked on site at all times.
