The role involves working on behalf of a leading consumer product company, dealing with inbound calls and enquiries from their customers. You will be responsible for responding to questions, regarding the client's products within the range of queries, complaints, advise seeking, and general customer service duties. You should be prepared to handle these contacts is a sensitive manner ensuring the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
We would be very keen to speak to individuals who are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English, are IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven customer service experience would be advantageous for this role, but not essential - transferable skills will be considered.
Hours are 7.45am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends, or evening shifts . Full time or part time permanent contracts available. Starting salary of up to £18k , and excellent opportunities to develop and progress within the role and company. 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays to start, which increases with length of service.
