We currently have a vacancy for a full-time permanent Document Controller based onsite at Devonport. This role sits within the Submarines Business Unit. The role offers a friendly and flexible working environment where no two days are the same so a positive and pro-active approach is vital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast pace environment providing Administrative support to in-service Submarines and be part of a valued team.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Document Controller to deal with documentation relating to various projects across the Devonport site, carry out quality checking, administrative work and data analysis.
What will you be doing?
* Control and distribution of test documentation
* Auditing of test documentation
* Organising training and local inductions
* Diary management
* Minute taking and distribution
* Travel booking both UK and International
The experience you'll bring
* Experience in document controlling specifically with examples of this.
* GCSE C or above in English and Maths
* Level 2 Business and Admin.
You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
