Digital Manager

Successfully deliver of an appropriate intranet so to collect, review and articulate requirements from across the business, then project manage and work with IT to deliver

• London based with some regional travel
• Reports to Marketing Director
• 1 or 2 direct reports

- Salary £45-55k

Following a re-brand and re-launch as a new business in 2019 this creates and amazing opportunity for you as the Head of Digital to lead the development and launch of an entirely new website and digital function.

This is a start-up opportunity in a business that already has a large client base. Deadlines for this project are very short and you'll be required to do all that it takes to deliver the project on time.

The Role
• Lead the selection and management of a new digital agency roster (web design and performance marketing, social)
• Develop a new digital strategy to support a customer centred approach and the aspirational growth of the business
• Lead an agency in the design and development of a new website in line with new brand guidelines. Ensure all key internal stakeholders are engaged and help shape the delivery
• Lead agencies in defining the opportunity and budgets required to deliver effective PPC, Display, SEO and Social activity. Set up the infrastructure to deliver it
• Lead the review and enhancement of Google Analytics. Developing reporting and a culture of data driven decision making
• Work with Sales teams to develop an effective Account Based Marketing strategy, pipeline of business and suitable reports/meetings to manage it
• Support the wider transformation team in digital aspects
• Manage agency relationships to deliver the project to agreed deadlines and budgets
• Provide weekly updates to senior leadership, transformation project team and other internal stakeholders.

Experience
• Experienced in developing and delivering digital strategies. Preferably within a B2B technology, SAS or fast-growth business
• Led the migration and/or launch of a new website
• Leadership of 4+ people
• Strong technical understanding of digital products and services and an ability to build an ecosystem of marketing technology
• Strong practical understanding of PPC, SEO, Display, UX, CRO, analytics, Website design and build
• Experienced in setting up and managing ABM activities (LinkedIn)
