Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
I am looking for a Despatch Administrator to join a manufacturer in Stonehouse.
We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their strong administration skills to support the Despatch team.
The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely administrative support to a busy Despatch department, liaising with both internal and external customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities of the Despatch Administrator:
" Liaising with internal and external customers in a professional manner on matters such as customer collections, shortages and delivery times
" Printing despatch notes for the company
" Scanning of Despatch notes
" Planning and logging Virtuoso deliveries
" A Line labels for Customer Services
" Arranging couriers
" Updating management information and producing reports such as weekly customer delivery schedule and information required for the morning meeting
" Liaison with finance on invoicing queries
" Providing general administrative support as required eg stationery, filing
" To cross train on colleagues roles to provide holiday cover
Requirements to become the Despatch Administrator:
" Previous administrative experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment
" IT literate, particularly in Excel
" Excellent communication skills with a professional approach at all times
" Demonstrates an organised and methodical approach
" Accurate with attention to detail
" Team player with a flexible approach
