Job Description

Elysium are expanding their specialist Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation (NbR) Services and are appointing to the role of Deputy Hospital Director / Lead Nurse to support this exciting stage of development.

Pathfields Lodge is a care home which currently looks after 25 residents with a range of diagnoses including dementia, learning disability, brain injury and Parkinson's.

In addition to this service, we are presently developing a specialist Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Service for acquired brain injury with a step-down facility and pathway into the community.

It is the objective of Elysium Neurological to be the independent sector provider of choice in our field. We are committed to responding positively to customer needs and to delivering services of measurable quality.

The Lead Nurse post plays a key role in ensuring the success of both existing and new services.
