We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Data/ Learner Administrator to work for a company voted as one of the UK's best to work for.
This is a temporary position for 3 months with a possibility of going permanent and has a starting salary between £20000-£25000.
The appointed individual will be working as part of the Data team and they will support the administration process with managing data for Individual Learner records(ILR)
A background in processing Apprenticeship data and compliance records is essential.
The Data and Compliance Administrator will be auditing the ILR's and producing action reports so that all information meet Ofsted and Funding requirements
Typical duties and responsibilities for Data and Funding Administrator
Ensure accurate data input into management information systems to ensure compliance with ESFA rules
Inputting relevant data to external systems
The analysis of reports to highlight any inconsistencies in apprentice progress across the business
Providing information to help with the budgeting process for Apprenticeships
Ensuring that actions related to individual apprentices have been processed correctly in MAYTAS including breaks in the learner's programme
Conducting regular data quality reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with all the necessary data standards
Ensuring that the company is funded correctly and in line with funding rules
Assisting with the administration of external audits
Track registration and certification with awarding bodies
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Data and Apprenticeship Administrator
- Previous experience in a related field
- Experience of processing data and compliance for Apprenticeship ILR's
- Knowledge of Funding and Ofsted
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience of using Maytas or Pics Software
