Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Haywards Heath (working from home due to Covid-19)

Salary: £21.5k

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 7pm (0900 to 1730, 0930 to 1800, 1030 to 1900) Monday - Friday, up to 2 Saturday in every 4 weeks, with a day off in lieu in the week.

There are multiple positions available due to rapid growth and offering flexible working from home due to Covid-19.

Start date 7th December 2020

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be their customer facing voice, crucial in providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Giving customers the best possible experience
Confident and professional telephone manner, excellent verbal and written English communication, and empathic listening skills
Able to work sufficiently on your own, as well as with colleagues and within a team
As part of a supportive team committed to building strong customer relationships, you'll provide policy administration, sales and customer support for our market-leading insurance products
You will also convert leads, help customers with applications and queries, produce high quality documentation, maintain records on our databases
Ensure the client meets their service standards and FCA compliance requirements

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a customer-facing role, providing a diverse range of telephone, email and online support and administration in a small flexible team is desirable
Naturally proactive, flexible, positive and enjoy taking the initiative and ownership
Well-organised with an eye for detail and accuracy
Attention to detail
Educated to A level standard (or equivalent), with GCSE's (grades A to C) in English and Maths
