My client, based in Stonehouse, is a leading manufacturer in their field and is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

I am looking for candidates who have:

*A positive can-do attitude
*An excellent telephone manner
*Exceptional customer service
*high levels of attention to detail
*Good computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word & Outlook

The main duties of the position are (but not limited to):

*Working with Sales Order Processing teams to draft agreements for sales teams and customers
*Setting up agreements and obtaining appropriate authorisation
*Coordinating the product delivery and evidence of installation with the customer
*Uploading all signed agreements and important documents on to the internal system
*Updating the showroom registers for product displays
*Liaising with internal departments across multiple sites
*Arranging customer samples and obtaining appropriate authorisation
*Ensuring appropriate stock levels of samples, offcuts, etc.
*Reporting back on customers that are falling short of expected sales

I am looking for candidates who are customer centric and enjoy dealing with customers and building rapport with both current and existing customers.

This is a full time position.

My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £20,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
