Our client based in the Nottingham City Centre are recruiting for a customer focused individual who enjoys providing excellent customer support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working to deadlines, providing first class customer service and adhering to GDPA as well as company standards,
This is a full time position Monday -Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Proactive identification of lost and damaged products in transit parcels/consignments
Monitoring and escalation of claims to third parties within agreed timeframes
Raising / processing of credit notes and replacement orders to agreed standards
Use of call logging system to agreed standards
Liaison with other departments to ensure investigations are carried out and queries resolved within agreed SLA's
Raising of credit notes and replacement orders to agreed standards
Answer all incoming calls to agreed standards
