Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Support Officer to work on a retail account for one of the service providers.

Duties will include:

- checking for any issues and setting up meeting rooms
- being responsible for printers
- replacing toners/cartridges
- being responsible for keys and issuing replacement keys
- maintaining speedy deliveries
- maintaining office furniture
- any additional admin duties

The candidate will have:

- previous experience as a customer support within office environment
- good IT skill
- good communication skills
- able to work as a part of a team
- punctual and reliable
- organised
