Customer Services Advisor required for one of Blue Arrows Livingston based clients.
The role will involve answering incoming calls, dealing with any deliveries coming into the building. providing admin support for the management and production team, taking orders over the phone and updating information onto database, keeping clients up to date on their orders and dispatch dates. Dealing with internal departments keeping them updated on customer requests, shortfalls and issues.
Full time hours Monday to Friday
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered for this role.
Immediate start will be for one to two months possibly longer
