Customer Services Advisor / Call Centre Advisor

Location: Bedford

Hours: 37 per week (Mon-Fri)

Contract: 9 months fixed term contract

Salary: £20,287

You may be required to work Saturdays from time to time (will be paid as time off in lieu)

Our client’s Customer Services Team is the first point of contact for many of their Residents and plays a crucial role in helping them to deliver their vision. They are currently seeking a new Customer Services Advisor on a fixed term contract for 9 months.

What you will be doing:

Help us give an excellent and comprehensive service to all customers.

Deal with all maintenance and responsive repair enquiries.

Respond to and manage all front-line telephone calls.

Action requests for information and assistance from residents and contractors.

They’d love to meet someone who:

Has a good level of customer service experience.

Is a ‘people person’ with excellent communication skills.

Has a clear customer focus and a genuine empathy with others.

Can work well remotely in isolation and as part of a team.

Has strong IT skills, specifically using Microsoft Office.

Experience in reporting repairs is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Previous contact centre experience would also be advantageous.
