Pertemps are looking for a full-time Temporary Customer Services Administrator to work in Westbury, Wiltshire.

Location: Westbury

Start Date: ASAP


Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40hrs P/W

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Duration: 5 months. 

Free parking on site

We are looking for an experienced temporary Customer Services Administrator who enjoys talking to customers, taking orders over the telephone, dealing with enquiries. 

The successful Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for:
- Make outgoing calls to arrange vehicle collection and take incoming calls
- Deal with Vehicle documentation and returns
- Perform administrative duties associated with documentation and service
- Consistently respond to customer enquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Responsibly handle buyer payments and cash receipt documentation

The Customer Services Administrator will have:
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficient
