TTEC at home is accepting applications for Temporary Work from Home Team Leads. The COVID-19 pandemic has created an increased demand for so many in need. In this role you will support the many individuals that have been personally impacted by this crisis. We need your empathetic ear, your servant leadership style, and motivation to succeed.
These positions will start as a 4-week contract role to support the massive surge in need and may be extended and/or turn into full-time regular work.

What You'll Be Doing
* Motivating and supporting a remote contact centre team’s performance, development, mentoring, and coaching for continuous improvement
* Reporting on team performance; and utilizing team support tools such as time keeping and performance management systems
* Present and available leadership through remote tools.

* 1 year or more of contact centre experience
* Supervisory experience required, contact centre team lead experience preferred
