our client is looking for a talented Customer Service Adviser / Administrator to join their exceptional team based in East Manchester. You will build rapport with your customers, establishing long lasting customer loyalty. As you will be liaising with both clients and members of the wider team, excellent communication skills and an engaging personal manner are vital to succeed in this role.
Using your endless initiative, you will seize every opportunity to resolve any customer queries. You will also need to have experience in administration which can be anything from filling and scanning to data entry.
You’re team will consist of 5-7 people and are looking for someone who can be proactive but work well within a team.
This role will last between 6 weeks – 5 months and is an immediate start with an hourly rate of £8.50 – £9.00 per hour depending on experience.
Having your own transport is preferable due to the area our client is based but not necessary.
To be successful, you must have previous experience within a similar role, as well as a strong customer and administration focus.
