Do you want to work for one of the leading Shoe retailers as a customer service advisor?

Amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to work for a leading fashion company in the heart of Central London.

Your new company:
A UK based shoe retailer, who have a strong passion for creating fabulous shoes whilst using traditional methods and Spanish textiles.
They have two boutiques based in the heart of London's hustle and bustle. Flagship store is based in Duke Street, Mayfair which is also where the HQ are. The other boutique is based in the heart of Notting Hill.
A friendly and attentive team with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and require a like-minded individual. To be successful in this role you will need to have a "can do" attitude and the desire to exceed expectations

Your new role as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent written & spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, reliable & hard working.
• Ability to think outside of the box – natural problem solver and not afraid to propose a different approach.
• Responding and handling customer communications via multiple channels: Telephone, email and web chat within set SLAs
• Liaising with our production team and partner warehouse about stock quality inspections.
• Accepting and ensuring quality standards are met for C&C orders once received at DS
• Practicing and achieving the company's business goals
• Comfortable working with customers in a luxury retail environment.
• Reporting any issues to the relevant departments
• Comfortable creating and reporting on returns reasons
• Assisting the team across a range of other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Team player' able to work with others in an easy and supportive manner yet remain focused on own objectives

To succeed in the role
You will have had experience in the following areas:
· 2 years Customer sales & Service experience
A passion to talk to people and be personable
· Excellent written & spoken English
· Delivering Customer Service within an office or call centre environment -Mandatory
· Adhering to set SLA's
· Managing your workload and multi-tasking
