We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our highly successful client based in Bicester.

Purpose of the role -

You will be managing the successful delivery of orders to customers. The successful candidate will be providing help and support to the delivery teams and communicate with internal and external customers.
As part of this role, you will also be responsible for the teams development including inducting one to ones and identifying room for improvement.
You will build strong, strategic relationships with customers to ensure the continued growth of the department.
As part of this role you will establish commercial responsibility and operational budgeting and support the senior team with forecasting customer pipelines and assisting in planning.

Key skills and experience required -

Solid previous Customer Service Management experince, ideally in the logistics or transport industry
Previous experince of managing a team within the customer service industry
The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers

Applicants should have a 'can do' attitude and approach towards their work and also have excellent communication skills at all levels

This is a full time / permanent role with a salary of 30K + other excellent benefits
