As a customer service executive at one of our implant desks in Ollerton you will be based at one of our major customers premises, working and representing Speedy. You will be their main point of contact for all hires, queries and complaints. You will be at the front line of the customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will liaise with all parts of Speedy to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded. You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customer is happy. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
To be successful as a Customer Service Executive within Speedy you will need;
