Job Description

I’m currently recruiting for my Client based between Wakefield and Huddersfield an Office Based Customer Service to join their evening team on a basis of  1430 – 2230 – Sunday through to Thursday.

The purpose of the role is to become part of their rapid expansion plans due to successful growth within the business – this is a very exciting time to be joining a company who are one of the UK’s largest online retailers within their product.

You will be the main representative to respond to customer queries relating to orders via online chat, over the phone and e-mail. Queries may be related to the products themselves, deliveries, payments or indeed anything in-between. You will manage the query from start to finish liaising with internal and external parties, seeking the best possible solution and outcome.

Maintaining the Companies systems is key to ensure that all processes are followed and that query history is accurate and available for reporting purposes.

Skills & Experience

I am looking to speak with candidates who have experience within high call volumes and customer service. 

You must be able to work under pressure 
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable customer service ethics
Have strong office based customer service experience
Be self-motivated
A strong team player
Have good IT skills
Accurate data entry
Ability to listen and be polite on the phone
Please note that if you are successful you must be available to attend training Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 for a period of 3-4 weeks at the business premises, however after this due to Covid-19 the position will be for the time being home-based therefore candidates must have Broadband facilities available.

This is a temporary to permanent position paying £18,137.60 per annum
