My client is a well-known and UK award-winning mobile phone provider who are looking for Customer Service Complaint Advisors to join their team in Glasgow. We want those who have a passion for problem solving, thrive on customer service challenges and can turnaround a customer's experience just through your charming approach.

Turning around a customer experience is a challenging role and As a Customer Service Complaint Advisor, it will be your job to turn things around and resolve customer problems. You will need patience, exceptional listening and communication skills, but above all you must have a real passion for meeting customer needs and be able to do this whilst clearly and consistently managing expectations.

You will be contracted to 40 hours per week within a 4-week rotational shift (between Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat & Sun 10am-5pm - working 1.5 weekends).

Your annual salary will be £22,00 plus you will receive excellent Benefits that include 30 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays, discounted sim cards for family and friends, chances to win holidays and the latest new products/devices, a pension and many more!!

Your start date will be Monday 29th June, and your Training will consist of 4 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Our interviews and background checks will be completed online to remove the need for face to face contact, as the site is currently closed, and employees are working remotely whilst following current government guidelines.
