The key focus of this role is to deliver quality customer care and ensure customer service standards are maintained to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain customer safety, security and respond positively to all customer enquiries.
- Maintain a high profile and be present at the gate line at all times whilst on duty.
- Identify potential hazards within your working environment and take ownership and responsibility.
- Maintain professional appearance making sure the area is kept litter and dirt free, with customer walkways being kept clear without obstruction.
You will be working on a shift rotation which may include some weekends.
