Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Cheadle

Salary: £17,340 + 8% shift allowance + incentives

You will be someone that is excited to be a part of this story and passionate about providing a great experience to the heart of our business – our customers. As long as you are a good listener and have good communication skills, we will give you all the training you will need to be successful in the role. You will take part in a 4-week induction where we will teach you the ways of The AA, but it doesn’t stop there…you will receive ongoing support and development throughout your time here. This training will be a combination of on-site in our Cheadle office and virtual sessions but always in line with the governments Covid-19 guidelines on safe working practices. Your safety is our main priority!

What will I be doing?

Working in our Cheadle office, you will doing the most important job at The AA - making and taking calls to potential new customers and telling them all about our amazing products and services.

If you love talking to people and you’re passionate about great sales and customer service, then this position is for you!

We have to make sure we are available for our customers (our opening times at 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm) so we operate a shift pattern here which includes working every other Saturday but don’t worry, you get a day off in the week so it’s still only 5 days a week.
