They are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to support this growth.
You may have a little experience, you may have a lot. What's important is that you're motivated and keen to learn. We can teach you the rest. We offer an extensive training programme; so not only will you become an expert in all technologies and products, but you'll learn impeccable communication skills and how to build relationships with a variety of customers. You'll have regular performance conversations, which can be tailored to maximise your future development and career in customer services.
Providing over-the-phone support to our customers across Great Britain and Ireland

Skills and Experience:
You'll be passionate about providing great customer service, be an exceptional communicator and take pride in excellent people skills
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be results-focused and excited by the prospect of delivering sales (we even offer a commission based bonus scheme!)
Day to day, you'll be using multiple computer systems, so a you'll need a good level of computer literacy
To make sure we're always able to help our customers, we're open 7 days a week. Midweek we're open 8am-8pm, and weekends 8am-6pm. You'll work 39 hours a week, and 1 in 3 weekends (with a day off in lieu)
