Customer Experience Specialists needed
 
How would you like to join a growing established
international dental manufacturing business.
We are recruiting experienced Customer Experience Specialists to join our Head Office site in Newton Le
Willows, .
This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidates after a probation period of 16 weeks.

Hours for role are Full Time, back-shift position of 37.5 hours per week, working Shift  12 - 8pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work will be required on a rota basis
currently 1 in 4.
The 2nd shift option is working 4 days on and then working  4 days off working times of 10am - 10pm -Salary 18k with 20% shift allowance for hours after 6pm. Same  1/4 weekend option.



The role combines:

Working with the Social Media and Customer Experience team, daily duties
and responsibilities will include:

Taking inbound and outbound calls from British and overseas customers providing a high level of customer service with first call resolution each and every time 

Provide an end-to-end excellent customer experience whilst resolving customer
questions through a variety of platforms to include email, social media platforms,
messaging, and web chat

Provide a professional and value-based approach when dealing with customers and
colleagues.

Identify and provide a solution based on the customer’s personal needs whilst also
promoting our products and services.

 Manage customer complaints from start to end whilst providing appropriate
resolutions within set time frames.

 Support customers with their orders/sales through various platforms and
generate/process sales where applicable.

 
Go the extra mile to engage our customers and offer the BEST customer experience
in the country.

 

Skills and competencies:

Excellent IT skills.
Excellent customer service along with a pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to deal with complaints/challenging customers in a calm and professional
manner
Friendly approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.

Must have experience in:
Social Media interactions on various platforms : Face-book, Instagram and Twitter

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires someone with an outgoing personality, an exceptional telephone manner
and strong customer service skills. Outstanding organisation and communication skills are
also critical.
