We are recruiting for a leading financial group. With 3 locations in South Gyle covering three business areas we are sure to be able to find the right fit for you. 

We are offering 6 month temporary rolling contracts in a Monday to Friday pattern, you may need to work one Saturday per month but will get a day back during the week.

Good customer service skills, a good attention to detail and good clear communication skills are key for these roles.
Telephony based, you will be helping customers over the phone with various banking enquiries. There will be administrative tasks within this role also  some computer knowledge is useful although there is 4-6 weeks training given on all systems and procedures.
A good financial history is also needed as checks are done before you start as part of the application process.
These can take a few weeks so the starts dates are varied throughout April, May and June to allow for all the checks to be complete.
