Job Description

My client, based in Worsley, Manchester is seeking 4 Customer Service Advisors.

Salary £23,000.00

Hours/Shifts: A 4 week rota will be given to cover the hours of 6am - 2pm / 10am - 6pm / 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, along with 1 weekend a month covering 6am - 4pm (this is a rotating shift pattern giving you the opportunity to complete all shifts).
Parking is on site and there is public transport close to site.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Ops Admin Team Member will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities to support both operational and management information functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
" Provide excellent service to all customers;
" Effective query resolution;
" Ensure 100% accuracy to avoid financial exposure;
" Build and maintain effective working relationships;
" Representation at meetings;
" Provide general administration support, as required, to assist in the efficient running of the operational administration team;
" Ensure various deadlines are met within the team and wider network;

The Person:
" Experience of customer service, preferably in an Transport would be an advantage but not essential
" Experience of Transport Management Systems would be an advantage but not essential
" Excellent interpersonal skills;
" Excellent telephone manner;
" Strong organisational skills;
" Diplomatic and sensitive at handling conflict;
" Flexible approach to working patterns;
" Have the drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion;
" Ability to work under pressure;
" Ability to respond appropriately to customer requirements;
" PC Skills - MS Office preferred
