Job Description

My client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking Customer Service Advisors.

Salary:- £17,750 - £19,000 (after probationary period) plus benefits and bonus
Locations: - Bury St Edmunds
Hours/Shifts: 37.5 Hours a week - A varied rota throughout the year. Saturday working requirement is currently 1 Saturday every 3 weeks. Late working requirement is currently 1 week of late working (till 8pm) every 6 weeks. Standard working hours the remainder of the time - Rotas given in advance.

Role Spec
As one of our Customer Service advisors you'll spend the majority of your time on the phone, both receiving and making outbound calls. You'll interact with customers at various stages, with a focus on problem solving. They'll be some processing work off the phones too. It'll be down to you to make sure that customers have a positive experience.

Person Spec
No experience is required if you can offer a confident and 'can do' attitude, however it will be an advantage should you have some Customer Service experience.

" confidence using IT systems, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
