Customer Service Advisor (Work from Home)

Offering £9.00 per hour

Full time, temporary on-going contract

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warrington, they are looking for professional, supportive and friendly individuals to join their Customer Service department. You will play a major and vital part in supporting the NHS by assisting vulnerable individuals across the UK to ensure they are supported throughout this time.

This is a work from home position however you will need to be able to go on site periodically to access equipment etc so please ensure Warrington is an accessible area for you.

The Role

Working within an customer service department shielding calls on behalf of the NHS services.

Gain a full understanding on the callers current circumstances, their needs and details to allow you to provide appropriate support.

Provide information and advice for a wide range enquiries including COVID-19 shielding enquiries.

Achieve and maintain a high quality service to all callers.

Utilise authorised resources to provide a quick and effective level of support.

Work in a professional, empathetic and supportive manner.
The Person

Previous customer service experience is required - ideally within a telephone based role but we are open to all face to face customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will be professional, empathetic, have a passion to provide excellent support and care.

You will need the willingness to learn as full training will be provided to all.
Working Hours

Working a 3 week rota between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday.
